Plant a tree scheme

U-Tangle understands the importance of helping to save the environment. Therefore, on an annual basis U-Tangle endeavor to make a donation to plant trees so that we can reduce our carbon footprint.

U-Tangle has now pledged that for every new customer who utilizes one of our services or products, we will plant a tree for them. We feel this recognizes your commitment as well as our own to protecting and improving our global environment by the planting of trees.

Our client will receive an e-certificate confirming where the tree has been planted, along with directions of how to get to the site. The current planting site that U-Tangle has chosen to plant their own and their clients’ trees is called Chasewater Country Park In The Forest Of Mercia

“The Forest of Mercia is a Community Forest which includes a large part of Walsall. It is being created by a partnership between Government, Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council and, most importantly, YOU. Community Forests are large areas on the edges of towns and cities which are being planted with trees. By planting a patchwork of woodlands and hedgerows, encouraging wildlife and improving public rights of way, the Forest of Mercia will provide opportunities for work, recreation and education.”

The current planting site is in Chasewater Country Park close to the Visitor Centre and a new area will be created further into the Park. Keep checking our Plant a Tree section to find out which area we’re planning trees in next….
